The products are very good. I was a little disappointed with the delivery. I specifically asked if it could be delivered by a certain day for my friend to bring the items with him to my home in France. Unfortunately FedEx did not deliver either on the quoted Friday followed by promised and not fulfilled Saturday delivery. My friend left on Saturday and the items arrived on Monday.

I’m really pleased with my new lamp! As you can see, it looks very classy and being able to choose the cord colour complements my colour scheme beautifully.

I was surprised and pleased by the customer service in acknowledging the order, updating me on progress for shipment and a super fast delivery.

I’ve tried to contact the company to ask about swapping out one or the light i ordered - as they had sold out online of the range I ordered and I needed an additional matching one. I’ve had no response. Now I expect they will revert to their non-exchange or refund policy because it’s now been 14 days since delivery of the light, even though i emailed them a 7days after delivery and within this timeframe. However the lights are nice, just not worth buying these if you can’t have a reasonable conversation with someone.

This item is just as stunning in my kitchen as it is in the photos and description. You absolutely won't be disappointed! Make sure to purchase it with all the extras—I wish I had done that and am now looking for a solution.

We are really pleased with design and look of the shade, however because of the copper interior and bulbs provided only a pale orange glow is emitted.
As these lights were purchased for the main lighting in the room we are disappointed with the intensity of the light they produce.

We love the copper contrast with the shinny copper and greens blue verdigris. Amazing unique lights.

These lights are sold as outdoor lights but are entirely not suitable. The rain will run into the fitting and eventually fill the glass… it will then be dangerous and could cause an electric shock!

We ordered worn copper light pendant sets for a local boating club. With antique light bulbs they look lovely and really add to the ambiance of the club restaurant.

Was unsure that the quality of the products would be based on the price. I couldn’t be happier the quality was excellent for the price paid.
