Pleasantly surprised how fab it looks. It arrived very well packaged and the delivery was prompt.
I bought the three pendant light fitting originally for my kitchen island and liked it so much that I ordered a second individual matching pendant to go over my dining table. I had looked everywhere for something a little different and found this company, the lights are a lovely deep shiny shade of black which matches my range cooker perfectly and throw out a good light. Very pleased with my purchase, don’t be put off by the ‘worn’ description as the pendant looks as good as the three pendant set version. Very well packaged with all fittings and fast delivery, also they were easy to put up by my electrician. Lovely vintage look.

They look great, they are heavy and solid. You can not connect wires without rotating the switches. You need a c-clip pliers to rotate the switches.

Excellent quality and a great find as had looked everywhere for this type of light but nothing compared.
These stools look great. Nice heavy weight. The leather is a very nice colour and good quality. I am a little disappointed, though, that the handle doesn't actually crank the seat up and down - it's just for decoration, the teeth only loosely grind. The seat height does adjust easily by spinning the seat.

The Salthouse XL copper lampshades are gorgeous and deserve a full 5star rating but- I didn’t order with the pendant and have been trying to communicate with the store for almost 3 weeks with no success. I’ve now ordered the pendants - a week ago and I hope I’ve ordered the right ones but these have not yet been delivered and I’ve had no comms to say when they will be. Disappointing after care service for customers.
Great lampshades, well chuffed with them, took a while to arrive and the customer service is pretty null and void when trying to get an update but arrived eventually. Hole in top was exactly the same as the light fittings so needed to file the shade down a little to make it work but got there in the end!
The lamps are great but customer service didn't respond to my email about a query I had.

The mirror is a stunning design and looks great in my bathroom. My husband was a little disappointed there weren’t any instructions but saying that it was all fairly straightforward. I thought the finishing of the fittings could have been a bit better. Hey! You pay your money etc etc but overall I am happy with it.
