I’m really pleased with my new lamp! As you can see, it looks very classy and being able to choose the cord colour complements my colour scheme beautifully.
I was surprised and pleased by the customer service in acknowledging the order, updating me on progress for shipment and a super fast delivery.

I’ve tried to contact the company to ask about swapping out one or the light i ordered - as they had sold out online of the range I ordered and I needed an additional matching one. I’ve had no response. Now I expect they will revert to their non-exchange or refund policy because it’s now been 14 days since delivery of the light, even though i emailed them a 7days after delivery and within this timeframe. However the lights are nice, just not worth buying these if you can’t have a reasonable conversation with someone.
This item is just as stunning in my kitchen as it is in the photos and description. You absolutely won't be disappointed! Make sure to purchase it with all the extras—I wish I had done that and am now looking for a solution.
