No Response, no answer.

I’ve tried to contact the company to ask about swapping out one or the light i ordered - as they had sold out online of the range I ordered and I needed an additional matching one. I’ve had no response. Now I expect they will revert to their non-exchange or refund policy because it’s now been 14 days since delivery of the light, even though i emailed them a 7days after delivery and within this timeframe. However the lights are nice, just not worth buying these if you can’t have a reasonable conversation with someone.

Not suitable for external use

These lights are sold as outdoor lights but are entirely not suitable. The rain will run into the fitting and eventually fill the glass… it will then be dangerous and could cause an electric shock!

Your electrician Andy has not looked at our light properly or attempted to install if they stating these claims, there are rubber seals on the back and interior which make the fitting IP 54 Rated. (Unless they have removed these).

Glad we could add this information and please note I'm also a fully qualified electrician of 19 years.
